This is serious, do I have skin cancer?
As recently started using a tanning bed and I was about 5 times .. and after the 4th time a bit burnt on my chest and my breasts. the burn itself was quite itchy. and then I noticed these tiny little red dots right where more pike. but they are insect bites or anything, there are tons of them. Can someone explain this? anyone ever had this happen before?
